  • Dearborn’s neighborhood pools closed; Dunworth community pool and splash pads remain open

    The city’s community pool—Dunworth—will continue to operate through Labor Day, September 4.

    Dunworth Pool is open with adjusted hours on weekdays from 4-7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 12-6 p.m. and Labor Day from 12-6 p.m.

    All swimmers must either pay a daily admission fee or purchase a seasonal pool tag.

    The daily admission fee at Dunworth Pool is $10 for Dearborn residents (proof of residency is required) and $12 for non-residents.

    Splash Pads

    Dearborn splash pads are located at Hemlock, Crowley and Whitmore-Bolles Parks.

    Admission to the splash pads is free and includes spray features for kids of all ages. The splash pads are open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permittinSplashpad Crowley WEBg.  Equipment is motion activated, so it will stop spraying when no one is using the area.

    Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by a responsible person age 16 or older.Splash pads are not staffed, so users should be mindful of safety, including inclement weather.
