The second annual Dearborn Haunted Trail Halloween event, hosted by the Department of Parks & Recreation, returns Friday, Oct. 27 at Ford Field Park, 22051 Cherry Hill Rd. The popular weekend-long event, which will run through Sunday, Oct. 29, will open at 7 p.m. each day, featuring games and food trucks, among other attractions.
Thousands of visitors attended the first Dearborn Haunted Trail when it premiered last fall. This year’s event - which is made possible, in part, through the generous support of Beech Monroe Goodyear Service Center, 1410 Monroe St. - will showcase additional activities, including a special Ghostbusters show with nightly performances at 6:45 p.m., 7:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.
Tickets for the Haunted Trail are $5 for individuals and $10 for families, regardless of residency. Tickets are time and date specific and can be purchased online at this link.
While the event is not age restricted, the Haunted Trail experience may be too intense for younger children. Patrons who may need to bring a wheelchair, wagon, or stroller are cautioned that it may be more challenging to navigate the Haunted Trail due to the natural landscape of park trails, which is beyond the control of event organizers.
