The calendar may say winter, but Dearborn Hills Golf Course is already anticipating the upcoming golf season by opening registration for the facility’s nine-hole Senior Leagues.

Dearborn residents, aged 50 and over, may sign up for the Senior Women’s Monday League, the Senior Men’s Tuesday League, or the Senior Men’s Wednesday League by calling (313) 563-4653.

Golfers in the Senior Leagues pay a $50 entry fee and $18 a week -- includes the cost of a cart --during the 16-week season, which gets underway the week of April 15.

The registration deadline for each of the three Senior Leagues is March 8.

Organizational “koffee klatches” will be held at 9 a.m. April 8 for the Women’s Monday League, April 9 for the Senior Men’s Tuesday League and April 10 for the Men’s Wednesday League.
