Kids, ages 3-18, are invited to take part in the 22nd Annual Children's Fishing Derby, sponsored jointly by Camp Dearborn and Eppinger Manufacturing Company, July 8 at Camp Dearborn, beginning at 8 a.m. The event will feature competition in four age groups -- 3-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-15 and 16-18 -- and prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish and the most fish in each age group. Participation in the event is free with a paid gate admission to Camp Dearborn, and the first 100 kids registering on site will receive a free t-shirt.
