Summer is almost here and with the warmer temperatures, it’s a great time to visit the City’s splash pads! The splash pads at Hemlock, Whitmore-Bolles and Crowley Parks are now open. The parks are open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are spray features for kids of all ages and the splash pads are free of charge for individuals and families.
