The Department of Communications serves as a bridge between the City government and the residents and businesses of Dearborn.

We work every day to provide timely, relevant and interesting information about Dearborn to create a well-informed citizenry, and also to reflect our sense of unity and community.

Among the Department of Communications' primary responsibilities are media relations, City social media channels, internal communications, publications, broadcast and Internet programming, photography, general information phone calls, and content for the City’s website.

 Through these efforts, it is our goal to accurately tell the story of Dearborn’s government, neighborhoods, commerce, history and future.
