The Wagner Place construction on Michigan Avenue, in west downtown Dearborn, continues progress toward a planned summer completion.

New construction includes utility work by DTE and some streetscape improvements that will result in additional road closings behind the Wagner Place project. They are slated to begin Monday, March 12 and end (tentatively) July 31:

• West Village Drive will be closed from the west edge of Nigosian Rug Co. (21919 Michigan Ave) to the property edge of Dearborn Wig Shop (22057 Michigan Ave.)
• Monroe will be closed from Michigan Avenue to Park Street starting Monday, March 12 for utility improvements.

Access to Parking Lot H will remain open off of West Village Drive and Mason, although intermittent closings will happen in March and April with dates to be announced.

Please also remember that the lane shift on Michigan Avenue continues on eastbound Michigan Avenue along the front of the Wagner Place construction site and there are still no left turns allowed onto Oakwood, Monroe, and Mason until construction is completed in this area.
