Zipliners laughingZip Line riders at Camp Dearborn this October will enjoy not just the autumn colors, but also a special discounted ride rate.

For only $10 per ride, patrons can experience the thrill of the 1400-foot Zip Line—the longest continuous one in Michigan—which takes riders from a six-story tower at Elm Circle over the swimming lake and down to the main beach.  A short golf cart ride brings them back to Elm Circle.

Beginning October 5, rides are available Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4:30 p.m. through October 27.

Riders must be at least eight years old and weigh between 75 and 275 pounds.

Prior to the ride, patrons must also sign a waiver and have their picture taken.

Reservations—which are not required, but recommended—may be made by calling the Zip Line ticket booth during the hours of operation or the Camp Dearborn Milford Office at (248) 684-6000 or (313) 943-2076. For more information, visit www.campdearborn.com.
