Thousands of runners will be coming to Dearborn for the annual Martian Marathon on Saturday, April 15.

The “Martian Invasion of Races” features a traditional 26.2-mile marathon and a 13.1-mile half-marathon, in addition to a 5K and 10K, and a shorter kids’ marathon drawing over 1,000 local area children!

Interested runners and participants can register for the Martian Invasion of Races at www.martianraces.com.

Runners, and those cheering them on, are encouraged to show their race-day spirit by dressing in Martian-themed costumes for this family-friendly event. This popular annual series of runs is presented by the Dearborn Parks & Recreation Department and RF Events – an Ann Arbor-based organization that helps coordinate races across the Midwest.
