In July, the City of Dearborn shared that the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) would be replacing two large valves for improvement work to its transmission main located under Paul Ave. in east Dearborn, closing two intersections in the area between Ternes and Steadman.

The work on the valve between Ternes and Steadman is now complete and pavement will be restored this week.

Paul Ave. will be closed between Middlesex and Horger as of Monday, Oct. 30, for valve replacement construction. The project is expected to take approximately three weeks, weather permitting.
