Memorial Day Parade
Dearborn’s parade is the oldest continuous Memorial Day Parade in Michigan and one of the largest in the country! Organized by the City of Dearborn with support from the Dearborn Allied War Veterans Council, this long and respected tradition of honoring veterans and those who lost their lives while serving their country.
Dearborn Homecoming
Spectacular fireworks and exciting live entertainment are the hallmarks of Dearborn’s Homecoming festival! Held the first weekend in August, this annual community fair also boasts carnival rides, contests, children’s games, high school reunions, and a wide variety of delicious food and drinks.

Haunted Trail a
Watch Ford Field transform into a spooky delight ahead of Halloween.Tickets for the Haunted Trail are $5 for individuals and $10 for families, regardless of residency. A $1.25 service charge is applied to each ticket, which can be purchased online at DearbornParks.org. Tickets are date and time specific and will not be sold or available on-site.
Dearborn’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Celebrate the holiday season with the city’s annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center. Featuring live music, sing-alongs, visits with Santa and his reindeer, and yummy winter treats, this event serves as a festive family-friendly kickoff to the winter holidays.
