The City of Dearborn's Neighborhood Stabilization Program includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of residential properties intended for the benefit of and sale to income-qualified homebuyers.

Individuals interested must meet specific guidelines, outlined in the First-Time Homebuyer Program Application.
